Ratings Risers & FallersMadden NFL 27 · who moved up and down in EA's latest roster update

Loading ratings history…

Every week EA adjusts Madden NFL 27 ratings based on how players are performing on the field. Some of those moves are small, a point of awareness here or there, and some change who you should be starting. This page shows every player whose ratings changed between two EA roster updates.

Pick the update to compare against, filter by team or position, and switch between risers and fallers. Tap any player to see exactly which attributes EA changed. Every number comes straight from EA's own published ratings.

    How Risers & Fallers Works

Each night MaddenGuides saves a copy of EA's official Madden NFL 27 ratings. When EA publishes a roster update and the numbers change, that copy becomes a dated snapshot. This page compares the newest snapshot with an earlier one and lists every player whose overall rating or individual attributes moved.

Each comparison is labeled by EA's roster update week, the same way EA labels its ratings (Week 1, Week 2 and so on). The date shown underneath is when MaddenGuides saved that update, usually the night after EA releases it.

Risers are sorted by the biggest overall gain and fallers by the biggest drop. All changes shows every player EA touched, including players whose overall stayed the same but whose individual ratings shifted. Use Compare against to look back further than the last update, for example to see how a player has moved over the whole season.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the ratings come from?

Directly from EA SPORTS' published Madden NFL 27 player ratings. Nothing is estimated or projected. If a number changed here, EA changed it.

    How often is it updated?

The ratings are checked every night. A new comparison appears as soon as EA releases a roster update, which usually happens once a week during the NFL season.

Why did a player's overall stay the same when his ratings changed?

Small attribute changes do not always move the overall. A point of speed or awareness can be absorbed by rounding, so those players show under All changes with a zero overall change.

Can I see changes for my team only?

Yes. Choose your team from the Team filter and every riser and faller on that roster appears.
