For this Madden 22 Defensive Tips video breakdown, we show how to get both safeties in the box without manually moving them. We do not have to use the Show Blitz adjustment to do this. Instead, there are certain defensive plays in the game where the safeties will automatically move down into the box without manually moving them.
From there, we can audible into any other play or another formation for that matter and they will remain down in the box. As an extra bonus, we show a blitz from the Nickel Normal, where we have the safeties down in the box that applies double edge pressure while only rushing 5 defenders.
